Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to the Debsync public website and Trust Portal. The Trust Portal is a B2B access layer for licensing/discovery workflows. It stores CRM-level data only and maintains audit-lite events for access transparency.
Key boundaries (hard rules)
- • Upload is OFF: no client obligation/ledger datasets are accepted or stored.
- • Portal data is CRM-level only (email/name/company/role/deal status + audit events).
- • Access to packs is gated by deal status (e.g., status ≥ PACK_GRANTED).
No warranties & limitations
- • Services are provided “as is” and “as available”.
- • We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability during early access phases.
- • Liability limitations may apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Note: this page is a placeholder. Final terms should be reviewed by legal counsel before production launch.
Account access
Magic-link authentication is used for portal access. Links expire for security, and access may be revoked based on deal status.
Intellectual property
All portal/site materials, packs, and templates are licensed under agreed terms and may be versioned (v0.1, v0.2, v1.0).
