Debsync is delivered as a licensing package with a trust portal that controls access by deal status. The portal is intentionally minimal: CRM-level data only + audit-lite, and Upload is OFF.

4) Implementation License
Delivery plan for BYOC/on-prem deployment and updates.
Hard boundary: no client obligation/ledger uploads. This is enforced by product design.
